reloading for norinco m14

Plink, how is WC735 going for you in the M14? I've been meaning to try it out for a while.

Have you used it in any other calibers?

So far it's been... "OK" but not brilliant on the M305. Then again I'm still developing my recipe. Last week at 250m 10 rounds in about a 15 inch group. Not great, but I'm still tweaking.

I have used it in .223 as well and didn't like it at all. Barney loves it in his .223 though, and others do as well. Maybe I just don't have the right load for it and my uppers yet.

When used on my Rem 700 though, it made it a tack driver.

Has anyone had success with Varget? I would really like to use it in my M305 because I buy it in bulk for my .22-250 and .308 lever gun. Never loaded for a semi though.

Same pressure as my 8208 loads.

Varget is good, as is IMR 4895 and 3031. I looking forward to trying out some Winchester 748.... same as W748, yes?

Civilian .308 brass, CCI 200, 44 grains IMR 4895, Hornady 150 FMJBT.
