reloading for the 7.62x25

I had my first go at reloading for the 7.62x25 last night and found a fit to have some unique challenges. The neck is so short on this cartridge its hard to get a bullet to seat straight in it. I had to start seating and then tweak the bullet straight by hand and then finish seating. Does anyone have a good technique to combat this problem.

I'm using lee dies and hornady 86gr rnsp
