Punisher is right . . . . . the 40 S&W case bulges quite a bit, because the case isn't supported properly in the Glock barrel. Unlike the 9mm, the 40 S&W is a high-pressure cartridge. It's an easy fix to solve this problem. Not cheap, but less expensive than trading guns. I like the Glock 27 for self defense because it's concealable, powerful enough and 100% reliable (with one simple modification).
