That looks awesome! Is it stable enough? Looks like it takes little to no space. Where do you put your Powder Measure?

I do both. Standing when loading rifle and sitting for pistol. Scale all rifle and "throw" pistol. My bench is 38" and I use a "VLT" chair from the local hotel. I found not having the scale at eye level unworkable. The shelf that mine's on isn't the greatest but it works for me.

I do not use a powder measure, but you can easily make it so it attaches to the other side of the table top, or make it so its easily removable. Keep in mind I could have put a bigger top, but I had this sized wood already laying around.

I use it as is. It weighs 35lbs.
Hi Duke 878, Just returned from visiting family in Vancouver. Always enjoyable! I Have been using an economy entry level Lee reloader press for over 10 years.( .223,6.5mm,30-30,25.06, 9mm, .38/357 and .45acp)...for modest volume use you cannot go wrong with Lee. If you visited our home you would not be aware of firearms or reloading equipment being present.( a wife and son with a medical background and not comfortable with the "gun stuff"). I have a small flat top end table with holes drilled out to mount the press when required. As has been mentioned, priming cases in front of the TV set is quite relaxing. If you become a large volume user you probably will have to have a permanent set up. Enjoy the hand loading!... recently i snapped of a decapping pin on one of my dyes and Lee replace it promptly, and with out any cost. Cheers! .... Jack

I sit and reload at the ex-government desk (pretty dang heavy) I got my press and powder measure stand bolted to.... wish it was higher. Because as it turns out, I'd rather stand. Easier on the back, you see.
My little 4.5' X 5.5' storage room set-up....
Good old steel framed desk, with a double 3/4" plywood top for a solid press mount & a couple of drawers. It certainly is a nice place to spend a stormy winter afternoon....

I know it sounds funny but I built a bench in our kitchen closet that we didnt use for anything.42" long 18" wide and 38" tall.I have my lee single stage press and powder measure mounted to it with shelving underneath for my manuals,leads,scales etc.The wife likes that you can close the door when companys over and everythings out of sight.Not a real big work area but it does the trick for me
