Hey everyone!
I realize our sponsors up top have great deals and frankly my wife would kill me if she knew about the amount I've spent at Wolverine alone!!! But I would like to buy some reloading gear . . . . preferably a kit, locally. Is there anywhere in Mainland Nova Scotia that has one-stop shopping for reloading?
Thanks in advance!

which club do you belong to? What are you interested in reloading? You could try Freedom ventures out of Halifax....he is a forum sponsor.

Ha! closest gun shop is in Moncton, NB - I was there tonight . . . .a .303 die pretty much composed their inventory of reloading gear!

which gun shop? There are now 3 or 4. John Deere dealership, Better Buy sports, and Doctor deals. I sell some projectiles, powder, and primers,....and sometimes brass when I have it. PM me for further details.

war surplus in memramcook carries reloading supplies as well.they have powder/primers/bullets/dies.did not see any press kits when i was there last weekend but they can most likely order one in for you.have you checked with PETE HUBURG in hastings to see what he might have for supplies/reloading gear.he might even have some used stuff he would be willing to part with.

Thanks for all the replies. I have nothing but shell casings and a work-bench right now. I'd love to get a kit that supplied everything except the dies(i want to reload 9mm and .223btw) unfortunately I'm a "need-it-now" kinda guy and would rather drive a couple hours and have the stuff in my hands than give a company my money and wait 4-6 weeks for it to arrive . . .
I'd take used stuff for sure. The hornady LNL classic seems to be a good starter . . . I'd like to keep it around the $3-$400 mark for now in case I absolutely hate reloading!!!

As much as I try to support local businesses, most smaller 'local' shops simply cannot afford to keep an expansive line of reloading gear in stock and at prices that can compete with larger mail-order houses. Check out Mid-South Shooters supply in the US. They have good prices, shipping is very reasonable and they carry complete kits such as the RCBS Master Reloading Kit. Sad to say, but you almost certainly save yourself several hundred dollars by doing so.
