Can anyone recommend a good starter kit? I would like to go straight away tp an electronic scale / powder dispenser so can I get a recommendation there as well.

I started with the Lee Anniversary kit.

All reasonable equipment, over time I upgraded most of it, but I made very accurate handloads with the kit as is.

I would wait until you really find out if you like doing this before going all in on the electronic powder dispenser.

I think the RCBS starter kit is good - essentially what I bought 30 years ago.
There is on listed on the reloading EE right now BTW (supposed to be NIB)....the whole kit minus the manual. Just sell off the scale on the EE.

I bought a PACT electronic scale and powder dispenser last year and have just started using it this last month and I really like it. It has to be re-calibrated when the powder is changed but that is no big deal. It is not as fast as thowing charges with a powder throw but it sure is dead nuts on for accurate every time. It is easy to use and easy to clean when you are done. The extra time is worth it for me.

I got the scale new from PACT and the dispenser NIB on the EE

Yup, good kit to start and well priced. Not to start a fight but I find RCBS to be way over priced for what you get, I myself stay clear of all there products. Start with a Lee and then move to Hornady or a Dillon when you get some time under your belt
