There is a huge difference between a barrel obstruction, which that video was demonstrating, and firing a load which was estimated to be in the area of 220,000 psi which is nearly 4 times the max load of a 7mm-08.

Millions of people reload without ever hurting themselves. If you are clever enough to read the label on the powder container and check your charge weights then you won't have any problems reloading. Read the label, check the weight. It's that simple.
