Not recommended to do this. The dessicant will aggressively remove the moisture content that is normally in the powder.

This will make a given volume of powder lighter than normal, increasing the effective charge if it is being weighed.

Pressure issues can result. Just keep your powder containers closed properly, and forget the dessicant.
