Who makes a hydraulic system to cycle my Dillon XL650. The torn rotator cuff makes it kind of painful to do much reloading anymore.
I want something that cycles when I step on an activator switch on the floor.
Any ideas??
Any suggestions.

Hugh,
does the 650 re prime on the forward stroke like the 550?
That would be the only hiccup I can see in building one yourself, but with a little thought and a small 2 way ram it can be done
I actually have a home made hydraulic system that came off of a ponsness warren shotgun press. i sold the press and kept the hydraulics.......never thought about using it on the dillon though.
I'll see if I still have pics of it set up on the shotgun press ,might help you design your own.......princess auto is your friend......lol

take it easy

Electric pressure pump, two way hydraulic ram (long enough for the entire stroke, adjustable will be best), two way control valve (can be foot operated). Dave is correct, Princess Auto is where you will find all of this stuff. The only thing to be careful with, is the fact that you'll have no "feel" when you operate the press, so make sure your set up is impeccable. - dan

Check the pneumatic cylinders and control valves at Princess Auto also. They have some really trick control valves, various cylinders and actuators, powerful too. And air is less messy than oil.
