PPU brass is plenty accurate for my K31s.
Just today I shot 1/2" 5 shot groups (at 50 meter only), with my fun plinking load, consisting of Campro 110 grs bullets over 12 grs Unique powder.
 
I'm still loading 284 Win brass in my K31, I use 308 Win data to keep it low pressure, Varget primarily, still neck sizing it after 8 loads with no issues.

I have a substantial GP11 stash that is my go to for most shooting, but I've geared up over time and have wanted to load for my K31s for some time.
Part of what has held me back is that GP11 shoots exceptionally well, especially for the prices I paid for it, and I'm reluctant to work up loads with PPU brass with the niggly feeling in the back of my brain telling me it can't be as good as the GP11
I've dabbled at converting the once fired GP11 cases to boxer, but have not found a suitable method that I care to put into practice.
I've also shot a fair amount of PPU and saved the brass for eventual loading. While decent, I think the RUAG is superior just from a consistency standpoint.

I'll likely ditch any notion of converting the GP11 brass and probably sell off my PPU brass with this RUAG stuff now available.

Thanks for your reply. I too have a fair amount of GP11 on hand ( I bought some every time the now defunct Wholesale Sports had a sale:). If I were 20 years younger I'd get a bunch of that RUAG brass.I think I'll just try to wear out my K31s with GP11 and PPU reloads.:cheers:


(Look forward to your reports. A companion of PPU reloads nd RUAG brass loads would be great, hint, hint;)

I guess that depends on which LORD you believe in?????

I prefer to rely on my own virtues, rather than pie in the sky.
