Hey folks, what resources should I use to learn how to hand load for .308? Any books, apps, or forgotten scrolls I should check out? Just ordered a RCBS rock chucker system. Thoughts?

Thanks I appreciate the help.

Purchase a manual or 2. Lymans is good, as are most others. Read them. You Tube has a lot of things to help get you started and familar with the tools. There are on line sites to give you receipes and other information. You will find oodles of information with google, just remember you are developing loads for your gun and it will like it's own peculiar mixture. Start low and and work your way up, go slow, make notes, and stay focused! You will do fine.

Books are great to have but I have found YouTube to be a great resource. I never use the data from a video, rather some of the methods and tips and tricks. Then I incorporate info from the reloading manuals I have on hand. Lyman, hornady, and lee are what I have on hand and they cover everything I need.

Books first, every other resource after. There are many good youtube videos, but there are probably more that are not. Newbies don't know the difference.
