Hey gang. We’ve been blessed with a new home this year, and as we make our way through redoing rooms, the gun room is getting closer and closer to the top of the list.

I’d be curious to know what you folks are adorning your walls with? Firearm schematics? Cartridge diagrams? Antique signs?

Just looking for some inspiration. Whatcha got?

Haven't put it up yet, but I've got one of these:

Holy Hanna rkm, you just won the prize for the cleanest/neatest/most uncluttered gun room ever! I am in awe!
Now where is my rcbs... oh under my hunting clothes...
Now what did I do with my 308 neck die...
Cheers

Definitely not my gun room, just first picture I found online with the sign, lol.

Wow, you had me, definitely something to aspire to.
Thought you might be a bit ocd, but didn’t want to trigger you!

I have pictures of our hunting dogs past and present, a couple euro mounts, two pheasants, a picture of my mothers father, a picture of my dad's father along with his WW2 medals and a picture of my dad. I also have a cartridge display of every different cartridge/shell I've fired.

The cartridge display that’s specific to what you’ve shot is neat. Did you leave lots of space for future firings?

Cut down 2x4 and just counter bored holes roughly the diameter of the shot gun shells/pistol cartridges and rifle cartridges. That way if it does grow(because it will) I have plenty of scrap wood kicking around that I can cut down and run through the table saw and make a bigger one so as far as I'm concerned infinite space.

Its fun to look up at it and remember something specific about each one, like the 16 ga hull for example that is from my first grouse hunting trip with my dad. 30-06 first whitetail, 4570 first mulie with a rifle. and so on an on. Each time I look at that board it gets me all hot and bothered to keep loading. I should really write a log of what each one was.

This makes me smile. And yes, you should :)
