Reloading tools for .22lr ... ?

I think it would be more practical to experiment with different powders on factory primed cases. How about 40 grain HV at around 1400 fps without having to hunt around for Remington Viper or CCI Velocitors?

This would probably not be that practical with a semi auto action.

you could "make" 2x$20 bills for $21. it would only work in a stack that you hand to someone. if they only look at the forward edge it might work. still a stupid idea....
