Where are you located. Alot cheaper places than budget shooter supply if you are in Ontario

Higgins powder for larger quantities
I checked out budget supply today as I hadn’t heard of them and they want $61.99 for 1 pound of H4350 when everyone else is $53.00 I didn’t really check any further prices after I seen the prices of powder but like many there are odds and ends everywhere

Londero Sports currently has Varget and H4350 in stock for $51.95 a lb.
X-Reload in Canada (or Brownells/Sinclair in the US) for tools, gauges, dies, etc.

I also HIGHLY recommend Panhandle Precision for his video tutorials and articles on reloading. Concepts, techniques, measurements, and tool options are a huge rabbit hole that is quite overwhelming when you are new to reloading. Sam at Panhandle is unrivaled, in my opinion, for being a one-stop online source for information on reloading.
