I've been stuck on this for a couple of days now!
Here's the last test I did.
1. I deprime and resize in station one of my 650 with a Dillon die.
2. Check the case by itself and it fits perfectly in the barrel of my glock...slides in and out by itself like some factory ammo I'm comparing with.
3. I skip the bell and simply hold the bullet in place as I bring it up against my seating die and place the bullet in with no crimp.
4. insert the cartridge in the barrel and it gets stuck when its inserted all the way. I have to use my fingernails and pry it out.
I thought there could be a crimping issue but I'm not even crimping. I know the cases fit perfectly after resizing. they only get stuck after I've inserted a bullet.
Could it be that my bullets have too large of a diameter and are distorting the case when inserted and as a result the cartridge is getting stuck in the barrel?
