rem 1100 for waterfowl

Anyone still hunt waterfowl with an old rem 1100? Love these guns.

I'm constently on the look out for a good deal on one. After the browning A5 probably one of my favorite semi-auto scatterguns.

Got a 16 and a 12 gauge 1100. The easiest gas semi auto to keep running that I know of. I also have an 1187, just as good.

Nothing wrong with the old Remmy gas guns, I have two, a 2 3/4" for trap, and my 3" mag for huntin'. My 3" with the new steel barrel will spit out anything I put in her, be it light target or 3" hunting loads without a single hiccup. What more could you ask for from a 1963 design

Been using an 1100 for the last 34 years, there'll always be one in my safe.

I am not a fan of the Self-shuckers, that being said I'd love one in .410 or 28.
