Rem 597 mags, etc

Hi guys;
I've just got a 597 with the plastic clip mag which I want to replace with the newer metal one, and I figure it would be wise to replace the ejector, and hammer. Where do I shop to get the best prices?
In time I may get the Eagle 30rd mag but is there a speed loader like the Hot Lips for the Ruger?

Volquarsten carries a good hammer and extractor for this gun.

You can return the plastic body mags to Remington to get metal bodied ones instead. If you are looking for more, LeBaron's advertises them for about $12.

The VQ Exact edge extractor is a great addition to the 597. I haven't had any FTE or stovepipes since I installed mine - irregardless of the quality of ammo I fire. The VQ hammer is also an excellent part to add if you want a crisper, lighter trigger pull. If you want an even lighter trigger pull, you can polish the bottom arc of the hammer where it contacts the sear.
