If it was a older BDL in wood furniture, i would take that. If they were both new, and the 700 was a plastic SPS, then the Weatherby/howa.

OK, Think I am sold on the weatherby/howa.

I just want a hunting rifle that is also a shooter and my hunting rifle thends to get a bit banged around.
