a 25 cent piece held securely in a vice and place the notch of the shroud on the coin and pull and rotate will get it done.

I too had a look at one for taking the firing pin out of the bolt and made one. It took a wee bit of thinking to make sure and drill the holes in such a way that it pulls it back far enough and over centers to stay pulled back.

I made the other tool as well that looks almost exactly like yours.

For holding the assembly so you can remove the pin I simply drop about a 1 inch piece of aluminum arrow shaft into the empty bolt body and screw the firing pin/shroud into the bolt body.. the cocking piece backs up as you screw it in...
