rem 700 dm conversion color change

Cheapest way is to trade it on the EE for a black one. Other options include GunKote, Duracoat, etc.

If your just looking for a flat black, even a couple coats of Black Rustoleum Professional, and a couple coats of Clear Rustoleum would likely work. Just don't go crazy with the cleaning solvents and it should be fine...
