They took it off based on the lottery Law. I explained how it works and now waiting for them to return our post.

Are we able to purchase without the $20 dollar shipping charge?
Yep, Can't get past $20 dollar shipping, therefore a no go.
seems tickets are still on sale on their website so i wonder if they had the draw or not. a little communication would from them would be appreciated seeing as they said a winner would be drawn friday despite how many were sold.
