rem 700 hart barrel

I have just got a bit of information on a Remington 700 I picked up at a local shop, I'm just trying to find twist rate in it, is there any way to tell in my .243 Winchester? it's A hart barrel thAt got installed

Use a cleaning rod with tightish patch on it. Draw a line lenghtwise down your cleaning rod. Insert it a couple of inches in the barrel from the crown end. Mark it at the barrel entrance, now push rod in until the lengthwise stipe makes a rotation and mark your rod at the barrel entrance again. The distance between your 2 marks is your twist.
