Rem 700 / MDT TAC21 or Cadex. Any good?

Cadex produces some pretty good looking chassis for sure, but looks aside, they put in a ton of R&D into the design for function primarily. They helped design this after all:
Their chassis eliminates the need to bed the action, it free floats the barrel, it's modular for mounting accessory rails if you need them, it mag feeds your rifle, and if you get one of the folders, the comb and LOP are adjustable without tools. Sure, the chassis isn't cheap, but then again, how much does it cost in time and money to accomplish all that stuff with a standard rifle stock?
I've got mine up for sale to pay for another rifle, also in a Cadex chassis, but I think I might take my chances with the missus and just keep both, lol!

I'm putting on a new barrel and I'm done , over $5000 , I'm tapped ..lol. And now the MV is coming out. What's under that cover on your muzzle? Thanks to the new scope, I'm at almost 7k. I'm still eyeing a LRA Bipod, but I figure a cuff sling and proper attachments should come first (flushcup for handguard, and flushcup sling adapter for prs). And I probably should cool down on upgrades and get more components... Seems I may sell another pistol or 5......
