Hi folks,

Just acquired a nice Remington 700 PCR Chassis in 223 and decided on a Vortex Viper 4-16x44 HSLR BDC MOA. It's a SFP scope with CRS zero stop.

Question is what's the opinion on that match up for target practice and also how does one calculate which size rings to buy? I'm thinking Vortex Pro med?

Buying rings can be a challenge, with the PCR chassis you are dealing with a full rail, so the rings have to be higher. You can use this:

Not a sponsor so not hot linked:

I recommend Burris rings.
