Could a Remington 700 stainless HB rifle currently in .220 Swift be rechambered to .22-250?

What would be involved if possible... ?

Barrel in question is like new... Or would it be better just to rebarrel & sell off the .220 Swift barrel?

The Swift is longer, so the barrel would have to be set back. Certainly could be done.
Of course, there will be those who will ask why, the Swift being such a fine cartridge, capable of doing anything a .22-.250 can do, and then some.

Agreed - why mess with a good thing There's nothing at all wrong with the swift, and by re barreling or setting back and re chambering to the shorter round, you're just asking for unnecessary expense and likely feed issues

"...nothing at all wrong with the Swift..." True. However, it's not as easy to find ammo and brass for. Especially in small places. As mentioned, the Swift is .330" longer. You'd have feeding issues unless you put a spacer in the mag well.
It'd likely be less fuss and expense to sell the whole thing and buy a .22-250.

The easiest thing to do is just shoot the Swift barrel and enjoy it if you need to keep that rifle. After 1,500 rds, accuracy will deteriorate and then you can chamber a nice custom barrel to a 22-250.
