Right, and the short answer is to spend your CDN dollars here, which keeps our money in circulation.
To wit, the neighbours kids go to school, the teacher buys groceries, the store clerk gets a hairdo every once in a while, the the hair dresser buys some shoes, the shoe store manager purchases a used truck to use for hunting and fishing, the gopher on the car lot takes his girlfriend out for lunch, and the waitress goes to the gym, but first needs to fill up her car, where she meets the guy who...... and eventually it is back in your neighbour's hands, who decides to buy that used 30-06 that is already in Canada.
Now, I'm off to go ice-fishing using a Skidoo made in our great Canada and some fishing tackle, most of which was made in China.

$850 base price for an SPS??
Cabelas still has it for $650 in .300WSM
Over the holidays it was on sale for $550 in .243, .270 and .300
So what everyone is saying is that EE prices will look like bargains from now on?
Sure am happy to have bought those 2 Ruger american in 308 and 30-06 for 299.00 all in each in 2014 ( they are still unboxed), those are like money in the bank for future moves... JP.
