Rem 700 vs 770 Aftermarket Stocks

Would stocks meant for the 700 fit the 770 or are they too different in design? Tried Google but all I got were quality comparisons. Thanks.

Your best bet is either bury the 770 at least 6 feet in the ground and buy a 700 or do some mods to the plastic stock in came with.

No, different firearm completely however the 770 has got to be in the running for the worst manufactured product ever...
