I'm experimenting with some .233 loads for the above rifle. 50gr V-Max over 25.5grs of W748, standard Federal primers and Nosler competition brass. COL at 2.265 is giving 3140fps. I can only manage 50yds for testing but the above load gives 5 shot groups of .150 CTC. My concern is the extreme spread-it can be as much as 100fps? Can a hotter burning primer help? Same issue with Varget. Going to try H322 and H355. Anyone have a favourite recipe preferred by these rifles? TIA.
