rem 700 x mark pro fail

I took possession of the rifle, and WAS able to replicate the problem, this was concerning to say the least. Now before I was to make a claim about it, the bolt and trigger mech was completely stripped, cleaned with break free. Turns out the bolt was totally caked in smick. Reassembled, and there hasn't been a problem since. That was 3 years ago.

The failures I have seen were due to neglect and or bad adjustment after it left the factory ... filthy triggers full of old gunk... the return spring could not 'return' the trigger sear fully... a good cleaning and perfectly fine.
