My cousins found this out one deer season. Father who had the 32 grabbed the 30/30. Took a shot at a deer and missed. Jacked the lever and the gun jammed. Spent casing wouldn't extract. Had a bugger of a time getting it out.
Both guns were model 94s. The son tried out his new 30/06 that day and left 30/30 on the rack.
