rem 870 cycling issue

my 870 express wont let the side close all the way when cycling the rounds.
also i can remove my bolt and bolt carrier by just pushing the slide forward,i dont need to push the tabs in to remove it.
Has anyone ran into this befor,is there a fix for it?

Sounds like somthings not put back together right bud.

Yeah, something's not seated correctly, between the slide and the breach block.

It appears that you aren't putting the slide assemby in the correct notches on the fore-end tube assemby.

Try the Remington website first, for the owner's manual with the full strip and assembly instructions....

Unless you've already tried that...
