Rem 870 factory 'Special Purpose' barrels: Parkerized?

If I order a 26" vent ribbed 'Special Purpose' barrel from Remington, will it be parkerized, or come in the Express matte blued finish?

I got one years ago. I had the receiver parkerized at the same time. The receiver look great, the barrel has some rust. Therefore, I believe it is an express barrel.

seeing as the 870 Police dont even seem to be parkerized anymore, i highly doubt it.

With the quality that's coming out of Remington lately I would be more concerned with the barrels being straight let alone "parkerized".
