Some sample pics of the pre-production heatreated 4140 rails, unfortunately I took the pics before I had counterbored the rail for screws and before parkerizing:
I'll have designs for the Ithaca 37, the Mossberg 500/590 and the Winchester 1300 on the drawing board as well!
They will most definately come with mounting 4 screws (10-32 button head alloy socket hex head cap screws) and a 1/4" set screw at the front to prevent/dampen harmonic vibrations of the conventionally "unsupported" portion (where the barrel sits inside the receiver) during heavy recoil (take a look at Badger Ordnances and compare how they are mounted)
The material is preheat treated and decarb free (won't warp when/after machining and must be done in a vacuum furnace) 4140 and with specific sizing. The finish will be sandblasted and then parkerized to suit most applications and firearm finishes.
Estimated price to be 120$ shipped to most places and further up north will have to be discussed on an individual basis.

What else is on the drawing board? Many, many things but to ease the tease the next big thing are stand off devices for breaching and muzzle brakes.
