Here are a couple photos of the OVER 660mm LENGTH 870's I combined and created.

A Dlask 8.5 inch with the Knoxx SpecOps and rail covers is a about 675mm, and will ride in my Stockmans Shoulder holster with the stock extending just up behind my shoulder (not uncomfortable at all!):D
(I have the Knoxx breachers pistol grip for it as well, but I reserve it's use for bush country with little to no chance of harrasment oir hassle.)

Rem 870 Tac2 with the Specs ops taken off, and a CopStock folder installed. A hair over 690mm total, with a Surefire 618 forend.:D

As short as can be for transport and packing:

Extended for more comfortable firing:

Do you find those Knoxx stocks help with recoil recovery? Do they really allow for faster follow up shots?

Governator vs Devito Dlask....I like that. :)

Actually yes...and not sure. The SpecOps and the Breachers grip help quite a bit, especially on the shortie. I haven't used the folding CopStock yet, but I'm sure it helps as much as the breachers grip, as it has the same mechanism in the mount/handle for recoil.

I'll get a pic of Devito Dlask in the shoulder holster and post it up soon enough.

Here is a couple pics of the Dlask 870 with a Knoxx Specops, riding in a Stockmans shoulder holster. The stock rides just behind my shoulder, and while not as convenient as a pistol grip, it is far nicer to carry than a sling over my back, especially with a backpack and gear strapped up. A little more adjustment and I might be able to get it to ride a little further back down low, and eliminate any cant in the holster itself.

There was one custom made by a saddlery in Alberta., Stockmans Stalls. It was posted up on the board before by another member (tkv000). I called in and had one made up, took about a month, but the quality is excellent. Search Dlask Holster and you'll find the original post and more pictures.

I was waiting for someone to use the Knoxx on a 8.5" Dlask, I was wondering about the length...now I know. Do you find the longer one or the shorter one nicer to handle and carry? I have a 18.5" Rem 870 with a steel top folder, but I find it very heavy and kind of awkward when folded. I'm thinking a Griz or Dlask, with the Knoxx, might be more comfortable, let me know what you think.
