rem chokes for steel

Have potential to purchase Remington 1100 bbl for steel with one FC choke.
Will the standard Rem chokes for steel fit this bbl? I have been advised that Carlson makes the appropraite chokes

99% of the time I would say yes but there is some rare 1100 1985/86 barrels out there with a special thread briley choke fitted, some with remington pro bore chokes and quite a few converted by smiths with thin walls in them so
I would borrow a remchoke and thread it in to make sure
rem chokes are a dime a dozen and easy to get on the EE
