The Winchester primer is "hotter" than the Remington. The WLR primer is usually considered to be the "hottest" standard primer on the market and almost as "hot" as some magnum primers.
"Hot" is a relative thing however as the biggest difference is duration of burn and the actual composition of the priming material. Don't substitute any primer for another without dropping the powder charge and working back up.
There was a very good article about changing different components of a specific load in the Hand Loader magazine some time ago. The writer changed cases, bullets, and primers using a standard powder charge. The largest changes in velocity and pressure were realized by just changing primers. Some loads that were safe with one primer showed excessive pressure when another brand was used.
