Hello folks!
I am wondering if anyone could, perhaps, recommend a DBM to me. I've been looking at Wyatt, AICS, and a handful of local machinists make them for our gun shops. I'm hoping to find one at a reasonable price point that requires little, or no, inletting to my stock; and, of course, feeds reliably and is of a solid design.

I had a Wyatt bottom metal and mag setup on a previous rifle and it worked very well and was probably one of the lowest cost options available at the time. There was no in letting required with mine too.

First decide which mag you want to use. Some no inletting DBMs use proprietory mags. Good and bad.

Others will use AI- AICS type mags. Almost all will need inletting on the BDL footprint.

I can offer CDI. Well made, but inletting is required. Depending on the stock, you can find some blending differences between the DBM and stock contour. The nature of this beast.

Let me know..

Forgot to mention, I am working with Choate to offer stocks inletted for the CDI. Will have Rem SA Tactical stocks coming up shortly already fitted for the CDI. I look forward to see how that works.

Hopefully, this offers a drop in/ package solution for little costs over the parts

Another option if not wedded to that B&C stock is the new Promag Archangel stock. Awesome ergonomics and features for little money. Comes ready to go with det mag. The included bipod is not ideal but will do a workaround for mounting a Harris or MPOD... not hard to do. I will be building a project rifle or two on this stock... I am impressed.
