HS Precision stock with the bedding block and allen head screws = 65 inch pounds. Please take note INCH Pounds.

Yup what he said INCH pounds 65 for the HS stocked rifles, about 45 for wood or laminated stocks or non piller bedded McMillans.
Typically anything with pillers is also 65 INCH pounds.

The McMillans with "sniper fill" should be fine at 65 inch lbs. All of the FN SPR's that wear them are torqued at 65 inch lbs from the factory (and all of these stocks are made with the heavier fill)...
