They are light, have better quality control than the standard 700s, ( IIRC the matching was done by S&W) and have decent stocks. Some also had blind magazines which I feel detract from them.
Down side is price.
As Bowie said they were/are not cheap, but I'd buy mine again .
It was originally a 260 Rem., but the barrel was NFG from new so Bill Leeper re-barreled it to 270/08 and its one of my favorite toys.
I prefer the blind mag to a floorplate so thats no problem and scoped it weighs 6 lb. 4 oz., so this old geezer can carry it all day.
And accuracy is outstanding...
Action is rough (steel bolt,Ti action) on the ones I tried. IMO,you can get a new, lighter Kimber Montana with a smoother action and better stock for the same or less $$ than a used 700 Ti, but you won't be able to say the word "titanium" when someone asks about your rifle.
Accuracy is a crapshoot, don't expect cloverleafs from a superlight rifle of any sort.
very light, carries awesome. I've owned two of them, a 30-06 and a 260. Accuracy is sufficient for most big game hunting needs, but don't expect to win bench rest competitions with one
