The grand island we call Newfoundland.
I slept in today; I was going in this morning to look for a moose. Just before lunch I went in on the range and had a few practice shots with my .303 to show my appreciation for the veterans. I left home at 1:30 with my father-in-law to go to a spot I always try to look for a moose. I did not see any there. On the way back, lo and behold, there was a nice cow standing right there on the road. A couple shots later with my LE, she was down. I have four nice quarters hanging in my shed now. It will be an especially nice Remembrance Day. Thank You to all the soldiers who made this possible for me.
 
When I was tracking my wounded moose today, I took along my Garand with a couple of 5 shots clips in case I had to nail her fast. Congrats on going old school.
