Where can I buy Remington's Police and Military line of firearms

Do they sell them anywhere to civilians

I am not sure why they wouldn't sell to civilians, none of them appear to be prohibited in Canada

i.e. how the heck do I acquire them

You can buy a Tactical or Police Remington bolt action rifle just about anywhere, so I don't see why you shouldnt be able to find the shotguns as well.

It states on the price list they will not sell any Police or Military designated Remington firearms to civilians

It probably has more to do with the US DoS export permits not allowing sale to civilians than Remington or resellers not wanting to sell to civilians.

Well..I do not understand that attitude of trying to get LE or military guns..it is quite clear that they are labeled LE or military only AND sold only by military division of known manufacturers..if they were available to all, they will not be labeled as such don't you think ??
I understand that some creep their way in civilian hand legally but this is not the norm but the exception. So, I suggest stopping crying over it when a dealer is not selling that product to most of us...

A Remington 870 police is built to a higher quality standard than regular Remington 870s and has reliability modifications and a more serious inspection regimen. So if you want Remington's best product, and real assured quality, you have to go for the 870P. And it's Canada legal!
