Good day,

I have the opportunity to pick up a nice Rem 105 CTI (II) in 12g 3" with removable chokes. At first glance it looks to be in 'Very Good' condition. I have read up on the shotgun a little, but I have no idea what it is worth. Can anyone help me out? I dont have any pictures top post so a ballpark idea would be great. Almost perfect blueing, with the slightest bumps and bruise's to the stock.

For all I know they could be worth 1500 or 300, I just don't want to overpay for this thing.

Thanks in advance for your time

If I remember correctly this was a colossal failure for Remington. They basically wiped it from their chronological history, evidenced during their 200 year bicentennial, the timelines just happened to 'conveniently' forget about this shotgun project in the early 2000s. It went from the Rem 1100 --> 11-87 (1987) --> Versamax and V3. I'd buy it as a collector for cheap but wouldn't buy it otherwise.

There is a very long thread on Shotgunworld forum about that gun by a few very stubborn fellas who just would not let go on trying to fix them, they really never succeeded. Don't waste your money.
