Remington 11-48 & Savage 820 Pricing

Hey Fellow Gunnuters

I am still new to buying guns, so could some of you experianced guys let me know the approx. value of the following guns.

A Remington 11-48, 12 ga., 30 in barrel, with a fixed full choke. Virtually no blueing left, wood in good condition, usual wear and tear, but no gouges. The action appears to works great, and I am told it mechancially works great.

A Savage 820 pump, 12ga, 28" barrel. The barrel and stock have been redone. I haven't seen the gun and cannot verify the quallity of the work.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

$250.00-$300.00 for the 1148 and about $150.00 for the pump.

Both sound to be a little worse for wear. Without seeing them, I'd probably say $250 for both.

$125- $150 11/48 $75.00 820 or better yet stay away from the 820

$200 for the 11/48 in that condition and maybe $125 for the Savage. Like Struff said the Savage ain't much, I don't think they ever made a decent pump.

Savage never did make a decent pump it doesn't matter which model .
