Remington 1100 2 3/4 Left hand value

I've been offered a trade on a Left hand Rem 1100 2 3/4 with 3 barrels, a full, mod, and cyl. It's a older gun and I havent even seen pics yet but I'm told it's in good condition.

Can anyone value this package or offer any insight?
