Just found the neatest little .22 I’ve ever seen
It’s a Remington 121 pump action takedown but made specifically to shoot .22 rim fire shot shells! It has a barrel that is reamed for 22 cal then barrel continues to open up to what looks like 410. Cycles well and has a tube mag that looks complete.
A little bit of surface rust but I’m cleaning that up and a bonus is that I’ve seen no pitting. Ser # is 43### which I believe puts it in the 40’s somewhere.
I’m going to find a box of snake shot so I can try it out to see if it fires.
Anyone else have one of these, I’ve heard that there are single shot bolt actions similarly made.
