Hi, just took this rifle on trade & would like to know its value as more than likely will put it up for sale.
Left side of barrel has a "D F" with serial number: 13758 The information I've founds suggests this rifle to be made in July of 1937?
Also has old style weaver scope with mount tapped on side of receiver.
If this rifle is from 1937 it is in very good condition - not sure if possibly the wood and blueing have been redone?
If so, does this have a negative impact on the value?
Look forward to replies to thread or by PM.
Thanks,
Claude
