I have a .45LC Taylor & Co tuned 1875 about 45 days out.... As usual it all started with me buying ammo, components and dies for a firearm that I don't yet own, even my wife is on to this not so subliminal move
Anyways, I have no intention of trying to make this wheelgun a barnburner but how heavy of a load would you push thru this rig occasionally to wake up a loved one but not batter the revolver into early retirement?
I run substantially different 44mag loads thru my Model 29 than my Redhawk, thinking the 1875 will be along the lines of the 29 with the lighter side, but I am entirely new to this platform...... Thanks for any and all info! I wanted a Ruger New Army for all my adult life, hoping this will fill the need with a lot less fuss.
