I've read on several sites that Remington did updates on their 3200, to strengthen the tang to the mono block and replace the forends. I see from the Remington site, that they no longer preform this update.
The question I have is, were the updates done after sales only, or did some of the 3200's come from the factory with the "updates" already installed on the gun? The gun wasn't introduction very long, and was wondering when these problems first arose. I have a 3200 with the updates, but never realized it was a call back.
