remington 350 magnum guide gun

I hunt with a 350 most seasons, but not in a guide gun. - dan

Ive handled a 673 in RUssells Sports, and found it to be a nice light quick pointing rifle

If I had one though I'd loose the rib on the barrel and upgrade the open sights

350 would be a nice big hammer for medium range hunting of anything in Canada.

I carried my 35 Whelen after elk,....same thing ballistically...didn't shoot anything though.....the Guide Gun is a nice handling unit....there's a previously owned, like new one at the local shop that's been tempting me every time I go in there......I'm trying to stop going in there.....

yah, that rib is tacky-I wonder why it hasn't been dropped?If they wanted to put ghost ring peepsite and firesight front sight on it ,it would be pretty functional

you can remove the rib via screws holding it to the barrel, similar to iron sights on most rifle barrels

i shot this on from my tree stand at 14 yards, one shot to the neck and he droped like a sack of potatoes. i used a 200 grn round nose with 54 grns of 4320.
