I'm looking for a complete bolt for a rem 525, based on research there may be a cil model that uses the same bolt? Any assistance on locating a bolt would be appreciated!!

I believe the CIL 171 is the model to which you are referring. I have seen parts listed in the EE for these in the past. Not much help but it's a start. Good luck

I believe the CIL 171 is the Brazilian copy of the Remington 525.

You are right Chris. And it's also known as the CBC 122 rifle.
